XXIX. HOW A VOICE FROM A DISTANCE.
When they would symbolise a voice from a distance, which is called by the Egyptians Ouaie, they portray the VOICE OF THE AIR, i. e. THUNDER, than which nothing utters a greater or more powerful voice.
